Constance Marine received a BA in Early Childhood Education from Tufts University and an MA in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling and Clinical Child Development from Pacific Oaks College.

Currently Constance is an Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator for the WestEd’s Program for Infant Toddler Care, Region X – Partners for Quality program in LA County. Her primary responsibilities include: providing PQ training, conducting outreach and maintaining contact with host organizations receiving training and overseeing the training and technical assistance hours for budgetary purposes and database accuracy. Constance works collaboratively with LA County PITC PQ Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator/Mentors to support certified Infant/Toddler Specialists in providing quality training to organizations serving children birth to three years.

As an early childhood consultant and a California Association for the Education for Young Children’s Early Equity Trainer, Constance provides training and technical assistance to support culturally relevant interactions and learning environments for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Her passion for this work has prompted her focus with ‘Persona’ dolls.

Since 1979 Constance has worked in various LA County Community Colleges as adjunct faculty as well as served as an Educational Program Development Specialist for Riverside County Office of Education’s Head Start/State Preschool Division.

Professional Growth Experiences include: Creative Curriculum for Preschool training and American Management Association’s – Getting Results Without Authority.
